It's 2020

Well, Happy New Year to you all. It's been a wet and thundery day today (like a bowling alley gone wild) but we actually need the rain in this part of the country... so, ok? It's OK.

I had a quiet Christmas Day with my folks. On Boxing Day I went with a friend to a party where we each brought some food, sat around and then watched a televised performance of 'A Midsummer Nights Dream' from the UK, starring actress Gwendoline Christine (Star Wars, GoT) as Titania. Half way through, the plot started... changing? It was Shakespeare fanfic! But wonderfully done. Unfortunately, I had to leave after that point as my friend had an early start the next morning. But I will have to find out how it ended. :D

I watched the Dr Who New Year's Special last night which was on actual TV and not on a streaming service like a chunk of last season was. I did find myself thinking though, 'Daleks, again?'  Ah, well.

My work starts again this week, but that's fine.

Challenge #1 - In your own space, introduce yourself!

I'm an artist / writer from Down Under who currently has a part time job as a second receptionist. I have a chronic fatigue, hence only part time work right now.

My main fandoms are Lucifer (TV), Harry Potter, Star Wars and Exiles / Galactic Milieu by Julian May. I've been a fan of Lucifer for over a year now and most of my fanfic output is for this fandom at the moment.

I also like baking, crochet, movie watching and tea.

I always look forward to the Snowflake challenges.
